FAQs


Do you offer International shipping? 

At this time, we can only ship within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

When will my order be shipped? 

For orders placed before 12:00 PM EST we aim to ship the same day. You'll receive an email notification with tracking as soon as your order is out the door. 

How will my order be shipped? 

Most orders ship via your selected UPS method. Orders over 8 cartons will ship by LTL freight. 

What is LTL Freight?

LTL is Less Than Truckload shipping, which means your order will be delivered on one or more skids by a larger freight truck, not a UPS ground delivery truck. If your order is eligible to ship LTL, we will contact you by phone or email after check out to coordinate delivery. A phone number is required for LTL deliveries as the driver will be contacting you during the set delivery window. 

Residential Delivery

Residential delivery is automatically included in your freight estimate if UPS identifies your address as residential.  

Commercial Delivery

Commercial delivery is automatically included in your freight estimate if UPS identifies your address as commercial.  LTL freight shipments sent to commercial addresses will be delivered on a truck without liftgate service.  LTL freight shippers assume that commercial addresses have a loading dock.  If your commercial address does not have a loading dock, please email us at info@bestmailer.com to provide further instruction.  Additional charges for liftgate service and inside delivery may apply.

Liftgate Service

Liftgate service is automatically included in your LTL freight estimate if USP identifies your address as residential.  Liftgate  service means that the delivery truck includes a hydraulic tail-gate to lower your skid off of the truck.  Liftgate service does not include inside delivery.

Inside Delivery

Our freight quoting system does not allow for inside delivery.  Orders shipped by LTL freight to a residential address will be delivered with Liftgate Service, but the delivery will be left at your entrance.  If inside delivery is required, please email us at info@bestmailer.com to provide further instruction.  Inside Delivery requires additional charges.

Do your Mailers have any branding? 

No.  There is nothing printed on the mailers.  Our Mailers are ready for you to customize with your mailing label, stamp, or sticker. 

Do you accept returns? 

We will accept returns for damaged or defective product and we will pay for return shipping.  We encourage you to first try our product with a free trial kit to kick the tires and make sure your package looks great.  Returns for any other reason will be determined on a case by case basis, though customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
